Colts head coach Ed Morgan has worked with some quality young playmakers during his 10-plus years coaching and selecting junior rep teams.
And he reckons we've got a real gem in young fly-half Joe Dillon, who has been selected in the Australian under-20 squad for the upcoming World Cup in South Africa.
"I haven't come across a better student of the game than Joe," Ed told us.
"In an era where Australian rugby is suffering a desperate shortage of genuine fly-halves, Joe presents a raw but complete package.
"He possesses dogged determination to improve his team's output by consistently reflecting on and improving his own individual performance.
"He watches more footy than any kid I've coached in recent years - in an age where kids just don't watch footy, let alone review hours and hours of their own team's, and opposition's, matches every week.
"He thrives on the strategic chess game of rugby union whilst developing his already solid skill set and physical attributes."

Joe has helped guide our Colts 1s into equal fourth on the table as well as tasting some grade football.
