There are no half measures when the people at Pallas Capital go after something.
Since they were established in 2016, the company has opened offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Auckland and originated and managed more than $4.1 billion across about 570 transactions in the past eight years, with a current loan book of about $1.8 billion.
Pallas Capital says with its flawless track record of capital preservation, it has paid out more than $280 million in regular monthly, or quarterly, interest distributions to investors with no loss of capital or interest on any investment.
And now, thanks to an introduction via passionate Marlins supporters Tony Melrose and Enda Hughes, Pallas Capital has joined the Manly rugby family as a valued gold sponsor after being special guests at last year's local derby.
As usual, they are all in when it comes to their new environment.
The business employs primarily northern beaches locals and is in the process of setting up camp on the South Steyne beachfront, with work to start on a commercial/retail project in the near future.
And just down that road is that special patch of grass.
"Being able to go to the Manly Oval to watch the local derby when the Marlins play at home is a special privilege we were lucky to be a part of," executive director Craig Bannister said.
"It allows Pallas Capital and our clients to mingle with other club members, making us feel more connected to the club.
"Our business is all about making connections and growing trust, and I feel through sponsoring the Marlins, we’ve been able to connect with like-minded individuals and establish strong, long-lasting relationship on both a personal and business-level which increases their trust in us when investing."
Welcome aboard, guys, and enjoy the ride.
